ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
Once you have paid your tuition and scheduled your lesson time, it is held just for you. You have contracted the exclusive use of that time for your scheduled lesson.
Regular attendance at lessons is necessary to ensure continuous progress. Absences will not be credited or refunded. (This is standard policy for nearly all extra curricular activities eg, swimming lessons, dance classes, art classes etc.) If you must miss a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, please notify me by phone (778-991-0310). Check the schedule on the website to see if there is a time available for a catch-up. These are in green and are visible for everyone to see after you log on. Let me know either by email (email@example.com) or through the website what time will work best for you. You can also swap lessons with another student or “sell” your lesson time to a friend interested in trying out a singing lesson, but be sure and let me know! You are responsible for arranging your own catch-up lessons. If you can neither swap, sell nor reschedule your lesson, it will be forfeited. Any lessons that I have to cancel will be made up at a mutually convenient time.
If you’re going to be late for a lesson, you must let me know. Otherwise, I may leave, and your lesson will be forfeited. I am unable to extend lesson times to make up for lateness.
